  REIKI TRAINING FOR KIDS
  Parents, are you interested in having your child learn the healing art of Reiki?
  Reiki, the ancient Japanese technique for providing relaxation and stress reduction, is easy to learn and a perfect tool for children.
  Inner Light Holistic is offering a very special Reiki Level 1 training just for kids ages 9-12 during the holiday break.
  Class is held December 28-29, 2022 from 9am-12 noon. Students must attend both sessions to qualify for certification.
  Included in the training is the Level 1 attunement, a class manual designed just for kids, ample practice time, age-appropriate activities to enhance learning, yoga breaks, and snacks.
  Children will be certified Level 1 practitioners and will come away with a life-long tool that they can use on themselves and others, including PETS!
  Techniques learned will assist with stress reduction, relieve physical discomforts, aid sleep and provide energetic clearing.
  Class is taught by Usui Reiki Master, special education teacher, and RYT, Michele Anderson. Both sessions take place at Inner Light Holistic private studio in Red Hook.
  Cost: $130 Includes all materials including manual, certificate, snacks.
