REIKI

My name is Michele and I am an intuitive energy healer. The journey began in April 2003 when I received my first Reiki session. The experience resonated with me so deeply that I began my training shortly thereafter. In the years since beginning my study of Reiki, I have witnessed firsthand the powerful healing effects that energy healing brings. This is what motivated me to begin my own practice, Inner Light Reiki (now Inner Light Holistic). I wanted a formal way to share what I knew and to help others find their way back to balance and peace. I then felt guided to blend my teaching background with healing work, and began offering Reiki training classes.

Through continued study and practice, I have deepened my spiritual connection to both Reiki energy and the angelic realm.  I have decided to blend these into my healing work and now also offer intuitive angel card readings as part of my services.  You may choose to have a reading or a Reiki session or a combination of the two, as angel readings help to provide further guidance and information.

YOGA

In 2017 I completed my 200-hour family yoga certification through the Radiant Child Yoga program. I offer yoga classes for every member of the family, from babies to senior citizens!  My yoga teacher training coupled with my background as a certified K-12 special education teacher allows me to provide a deeply enriching experience for children with special needs including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, and depression.  Yoga helps kids calm down and focus, leading to better self-regulation and improved school stamina. For adults, yoga provides the exercises we need to maintain healthy bodies, and the tools we need to find inner harmony.  All yoga classes have a strong Kundalini style and are targeted at addressing specific needs.
